Ordering – How to shop at Scandposters.com
When you shop at Scandposters.com, agreements are made in Danish.
You must go through the following steps when you shop on the website:
1. Select the product you want to buy and add them to the basket. Then go to checkout.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select your delivery method.
4. Select your payment method and enter your details.
5. Accept our terms and conditions.
6. Check that all your personal information is correct and complete your purchase.
Once your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam filter. It is possible to receive a new order confirmation by sending a mail to: email@example.com.
Ordering – Resellers It is possible to become a reseller of e.g. our nature posters. If you are interested, please contact us at tel. +45 4656 4444 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a reseller you can order products by sending an email to email@example.com. It will be a big help if you write which products and how many of each you want to order. Orders will be processed as soon as possible.
The payment deadline for resellers is 10 days from invoice date. Then, 1,5 % in interest is charged, however at least 10 Euro.
All prices on the website are included VAT (a Danish Value-Added Tax of 25%). Prices are quoted in Euro (€).
Customers in the European Union have to pay VAT if they do not supply a valid VAT-number. Overseas customers don’t pay VAT and therefor the 25% will be subtracted during the checkout process.
Freight and insurance charges (delivery costs) will be added during the checkout process.
Shipping and delivery costs
We ship orders every business day (Monday to Friday). Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you have ordered. If it is important that you receive your order very fast, please contact us at tel. +45 4656 4444 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship worldwide. The delivery costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery country. Because we ship worldwide, total delivery costs will be showing during checkout process, after we collect and/or confirm your address information.
Customers within Europe can choose between a standard delivery (3-5 business days) and a tracked and fast delivery (1-3 business days). All orders to overseas customers are shipped with a tracked and fast delivery (3-7 business days).

Your order is shipped as package. Shipments to customers within the EU are usually by UPS courier service. Registered airmail is the primary means of delivery to other destinations. Custom duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

When you shop at Scandposters.com, you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Please fill in card number, security number, and expiry date. Card number and expiry date are shown on the front of your credit card and the security number is found on the back of your card (the last three numbers on the right side just above the magnetic field).
All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely safe. There are no fees associated with your credit card payment. Note that the amount of your order is not withdrawn from your account before your order are shipped from us and that we cannot withdraw an amount that is higher than what you have approved when you ordered.
30 days return policy
We will be happy to issue you a full refund if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Within the 30 days you inform us that you regret your purchase and return the item to us.
You right to return runs from the date you received your order. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve the deadline is extended to the following business day. If multiple items ordered in one order but delivered individually, your deadline runs from the day you received your final delivery.
To make use of the 30 days return policy you must notify us within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please contact us on email@example.com or tel. +45 4656 4444 in advance of sending. Returns are treated within 14 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: All custom-designed and logo posters are personalized productions, which cannot be cancelled, for any reason, after receipt of your order confirmation. It is also not possible to return custom posters.
If you regret your purchase, the items must be returned to the following address:

Please enclose the return form in which you write your order number, and how you want your outstanding amount. For example you can exchange for another item or get your money back. Because you have paid with credit card we will transfer the money to your card. It is not possible to get the money transferred to another account.
When you return one or more items, you should ensure that it/they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, we recommend you to save the postal receipt and tracking number. You pay the costs associated with returning the goods.
You pay for the return shipping when you take advantage of the 30 days return policy. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging since lack of original packaging can pull down the sales value of the item. Please read more under Item Valuation which you find below.
Note: We expect that you send the items as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal and you must return it within 14 days after your given notice. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
You can regret your purchase after you have tested the product. However, you can partially or completely lose your purchase amount if you have used/tested the product beyond what is possible in a physical store. The product value may be reduced because:
- You actually have taken the product in use.
- The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled the product in a different way than necessary in order to determine the nature, capacity and function.
- You have broken the original packaging.
If the product value is reduced, we make a specific valuation of what the used/tested product can be sold for to another customer. We will not return the depreciation.
According to Danish Law, there are 24 months warranty on items purchased on Scandposters.com. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. We recommend that you keep your invoice as warranty card. Depending on the specific situation, this means that you can get the product repaired or replaced or a refund/reduction in price. The complaint must be justified and the defect must not be caused by misuse of the product or other damage causing behavior.
If you have noticed a defect in the product, you must by law advertise within “reasonable time”. We recommend that you let us know as soon as possible and no later than two months after you discovered the defect. Please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the situation you will receive information on how to proceed.
Please note, that the warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.
Online Dispute Resolution
If you want to complain about your purchase, you should always start by contacting us at email@example.com or tel. +45 4656 4444. If we cannot find a solution, you can complaint through the EU Commissions online complaint portal. It is especially relevant if you are a consumer living in an EU country. You can complaint here. If you submit a complaint, you should give our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you order on Scandposters.com, you must at least provide the following information:
We use the above information when we ship your order, of if it is necessary to contact you in connection with the processing of your order.
If you have purchased an item on Scandposters.com, according to the Danish accounting law we are obliged to keep this information for a minimum of 5 years. We treat your contact information confidential and store them in a database to which only employees of Scandposters / Linaa have access.
The information you provide when you order in our shop is considered confidential. The information is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties (excluding affiliates), unless there are special circumstances e.g. requirements concerning the disclosure of data from Danish authority or a full or partial sale of the company. If we pass on your information in connection with business changes, it will be in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
When you complete a purchase on Linaa.dk, we record your IP address and time of purchase. This information is only used in investigations of fraud, e.g. with debit card.
If you have never shopped with us, but you are a registered customer in our system, you can at any time request that we delete your data. Are you a new customer and have made one or more purchases from us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us about it.
According to the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to inspect and object to our registration data about you. Comments related to this area can be send to email@example.com.
